How we handle your request

Who we are. Local Project Guide is operated by Jon Staples. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we collect. The property area, project type, approximate length, preferred material, timing, and notes you enter, plus your name, email, and optional phone number. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type to limit spam, and we count anonymous form starts and completions. Page visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and a Cloudflare Turnstile check helps block bots.

How we use it. To review your request and follow up with you. Requests are stored in a private database that only the operator can open.

Sharing. We don't share your name, phone number, email, or project details with a contractor without your permission. If you agree to an introduction, we'll tell you who will receive your information. We don't sell your information.

Deleting or withdrawing. Email us and we'll delete your request and stop any follow-up. We keep requests only as long as needed to follow up.
